Section 20
To Provide Housing Facility From Domestic Private Sector
(1) The private company or body corporate may construct housing and distribute it to the citizen, subject to the prevailing law.
(2) Minimum service, facility and infrastructure shall have to be available in the housing referred to in sub-section (1).
